Fabric Store

Fabric received from various parts of India are stored in our fabric stores. Here our quality standards that verify the Composition and Construction details of the fabrics. Shrinkage and colour fastness parameters are carefully adhered.The finished garment is then subject to a thorough check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked.
   

Cutting Department

The fit, form and finish of the product depends on how the garments to accurately, our skilled work force works with great care to avoid defects in pieces to sent to the sewing line believing in the policy of “ first time – right time”.
 

IRONING

we have Strong welded construction and assured ironing shine along with convenience of use are the highlighting attributes of vacuum ironing tables.
 

PRINTING

We use azo free dyes to print our garments. we are able to handle different printing requirements as follows, HD print, puff print pigment Print, plastisol, foil, flock, foam, glitter, spray effect, high build, gel, photo print, discharge print and extra.
     

SWEING

PEGASUS sewing machines for flat lock. SIRUBA sewing machines for over lock. BROTHER machines for placket and collar attachment.
